Drug, Alcohol and Smoking Policy

Sailing in Seattle is a drug, alcohol, and smoke free operation.  As such:

  • The skipper and crew do not use drugs or alcohol at any time, either on or off the vessel.

  • The skipper and crew are subject to U.S. Coast Guard Drug and Alcohol Testing in accordance with 46 CFR Parts 4 and 16.

  • Smoking is not permitted at any time aboard the vessel.

  • Guests may bring beer and wine aboard with prior permission of the skipper.

  • Any guest arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied boarding.

  • If, in the opinion of the skipper, a guest's ability to remain safe while onboard is impaired, the guest will be asked to stop drinking.

  • Guests are not permitted to bring drugs or drug paraphernalia aboard the vessel.
