Drug, Alcohol and Smoking Policy
Sailing in Seattle is a drug, alcohol, and smoke free operation. As such:

The skipper and crew do not use drugs or alcohol at any time, either on or
off the vessel.

The skipper and crew are subject to U.S. Coast Guard Drug and Alcohol
Testing in accordance with 46 CFR Parts 4 and 16.

Smoking is not permitted at any time aboard the vessel.

Guests may bring beer and wine aboard with prior permission of the skipper.

Any guest arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied
boarding.

If, in the opinion of the skipper, a guest's ability to remain safe while
onboard is impaired, the guest will be asked to stop drinking.

Guests are not permitted to bring drugs or drug paraphernalia aboard the
vessel.
